In another bit of interesting "news", the rumors are flying around about pedicures causing infections. There is a small bit of truth here. If your service provider or salon doesn't use basic sanitation procedures, you stand a chance of getting an infection if you have an open sore or wound, and you proceed with a pedicure service.
