I received an Eden Gift Certificate,
now what?
Decide what service(s) you want, where you
want to go and then call us. We can accommodate most any
time request, but keep in mind that we only have 52
Saturdays in a year, so you may have to wait a little bit
to use your gift on a Saturday.
Is my Eden Gift Certificate good at any
location?
Yes! You can use your gift for any service
at any location. You may also use your gift over
several visits. You can even keep your gift card and
recharge it with additional value. How cool is that?
Can I use my Eden Gift
Certificate on products?
Yes!
I can't get in to use my Eden Gift
Certificate, can I give it to a friend or relative?
You have a year to use your gift. If it is
a matter of it expiring soon, we can generally accommodate
you. In answer to your question about transferring your
gift to a third party, sadly we aren't set up to do that. You may
give it back to the person that gave it to you so they can
enjoy it.

What is hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy is what sets Eden above every other
spa in Oklahoma. Hydrotherapy is WATER Treatment.
It's designed to relax you with heat and the
healing, buoyant effect of water. We have a complete
hydrotherapy lab and trained technicians that can give you
an experience that is beyond any massage you've ever had.
What is a "Focus" facial?
A Focus Facial is a very complete and thorough facial
that concentrates on one area of concern, such as dryness,
oily skin, blemishes etc. It is customized for what you
need on that particular day. A Focus Facial Plus
concentrates on two areas of concern.
What is the difference between a partial and full
foil highlight? Can I have more than one color?
A partial foil is basically the top of the head. It is
designed to be a good "touch up" between regular
highlights. You'll probably need to have it done
every 4-6 weeks, depending on how well you tolerate dark roots. Sure,
you can have more than one color. Just keep in mind that
we think that any more than two is just silly and
everyone's hair is naturally dimensional .
Can I see a different stylist without upsetting the
whole world?
Sure. There are all kinds of reasons people need to
change stylists. We just want you to get what you need
when you need it. From us of course.
Are "professional" products really better
than the stuff I can get at the discount store?
Yes, yes, a thousand times yes. When you factor in the
education we give you in how to use a pro product, and how much
better
they work, the difference is huge. Who are you going to
ask at the discount store? A clerk? Good luck on that one.
Remember that we can
get the same stuff at the discount store you can get and
save a bunch of money too. But we have found that it just
doesn't work as well, if at all. (not to mention it sometimes gags
you with synthetic aroma)
